Schedule Email Announcements

We would like to be able to schedule email announcements as you can schedule the pop up announcements. Right now, you can only send the email in that specific instance, rather then schedule a date and time for it to be sent.

We utilize the schedule pop up but then have to remember to go back in to send the email. It would be helpful to be able to schedule the email to send.
