I would suggest the addition of an "edit" or "amendment" feature for pending or currently submitted requests. This would be ideal for needing to make a minor edit to a currently existing form. For example, currently, if a something like the location or time needs to be changed, users have to decline and resubmit the form.

If users were able to modify a pending request, this would streamline submissions without creating duplicate entries to fix one minor detail.
