Awaiting your Approval email links to Awaiting My Approval in Site

We noticed that the Awaiting your Approval email hyperlink takes you to All Pending request instead of the Awaiting My Approval section of the site.

This can be confusing since the email is showing only your approval but takes you to a section of the site showing everything pending.
