Release Holds Back to Pending On a Specified Date Merged

Often, I need to move requests that begin three months or more in the future to the HOLD status to get them out of my pending view until they get closer. It would be nice to have an option to choose a date while moving them to HOLD, which would automatically return them to the pending status. I'm afraid I will forget about them.
