Require Insurance AFTER Booking Confirmation from School

It's difficult, and expensive, to get insurance to cover multiple dates and places that you may be trying to get a space for. I've personally applied for some spaces and been rejected. If I'd already bought insurance for that space, the expenses pile up.

On other rental sites, they allow the request for rental to go through, THEN require insurance and proof of status after that. Your request is confirmed with the school (they don't have conflicts), so you can feel comfortable getting the exact insurance that you need for the space.

The other rental site would cancel your application if they didn't receive the insurance and proof of status by a certain date (ie: one week before the rental date). Please consider this as it would make renting space through Granite School District MUCH easier.
