We often have specific contractual requirements for certain events. For example, we have a dance school using our fine arts theater, and we are requiring them to use a Marley floor for tap dancing. I've added that requirement into the External / Requestor Notes for the event, but this only shows-up on the email notification, it does not get included in the actual contract. I've figured out a temporary work-around where I can edit the contract terms in the settings, send that contract with the custom terms, and then delete the custom terms. I'm just concerned that I will forget at some point to remove the custom language.
