If there are more than one group manager they both need to be able to edit calendar activities. It is not helpful when things change and the calendar needs to be updated for maintenance staff, sometimes things are added or cancelled and we do not have staff scheduled or have staff that are not needed because they both need access to make the necessary changes. Some of the organizations utilizing space have various people in positions for this reason. It then means they need to contact us to make the changes defeating the purpose of the calendar system.
