Adding custom Text to Registration page

Having the ability to customize the text on the Registration page would be beneficial and help clear up the confusion when the group is picking their classification level

• Ability to edit the text in the yellow banner under New Account Setup on the registration page.

• Ability to edit the text under the "Additional Group Information" that says "External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date and remove the text "Additional Group Files" if no Additional Group Files are needed.
