Error Messages containing the reason or notifying administrators

Trying to tweak settings and help users with errors showing up is very difficult. Having the errors state the reason of issue would allow me to either help those users and change settings correctly or having the end user figure it out on their own. I noticed if someone tries to schedule something before the Days Before Notice Date it just gives an error saying "Error Encountered sorry for the incovenience. Please contact us about this issue, and we will be sure to help relosve this as quickly as we can". If it stated something like "Within Notice Date, Please Schedule something after X amount of days (X being what the district has it set to), that would help resolve these minor issues.
