Lots of our custodians don't login to ML to get updates. It would be nice to be able to type their email address under notifcations tab on the fields.

We can take a look. As of right now, we do require user accounts to send out automatic emails.
We will need to figure out how to implement since that is deeply integrated into our system already. More to follow!
Can you please revisit this? We put contact emails (PTA, leagues, etc.) there and want them to see when approved/etc. and they are not ML users. And we don't want them to be.

Sorry for the delay - The custodians can have user accounts and receive emails without having to log into the program.
