Adding a budget code for personnel per their location

We would love for our personnel hours reported for any particular event to be tied with a budget code specific to that location. Our personnel hours go into each school's budget to be paid from there, so having it automatically tag personnel hours added to a rental with the appropriate location budget code would be useful.
