I know that I had put in the request back when we first started using ML Schedules but don't see it here in the new system.
Additional charges should be pre-configured with information: e.g. Rate Type, Quantity, Hours, and Rate.
The fact that we have to enter those every time is extremely time consuming.

I am not seeing anything. Just to confirm are you referring to field charges that come from the request form or additional charges that are manually added to each request?
