Implement Saved Filters

It would be useful to allow end users to save filters for any list page within MLSchedules in a similar method to the Calendar Filtering available on the calendar page.
For any page listing events, it would also help to have a separate box at the top allowing the user to enter a date as a quick filter for all events after that date. Alternatively, boxes allowing for a date range to be entered.
