To be able to enable the Notes section as a required field for describing setups. This way our custodians will have clear direction and groups won't be limited to a small text field to describe their event or even skip the notes section. Maybe even pair a "file upload" to that section if they have an image of the setup. So it would be notes/file, and it would be required notes but they don't necessarily need a file but both would be in the same field.
