pending requests removed default start date

My suggestion is to remove the automatic default start date from the "pending requests" and "awaiting my approvals".

Currently, when an approver goes into their pending requests, or pending approvals, there is an automated default date of today. This can cause an issue if someone is absent and doesn't return until after the start date. even if the event has passed, it still needs to go through the approval paths so different departments know what took place.
