Have the ability to have application fees go automatically out by there creation date. We only send our application fees out once a year not every time organization request space.

Allow for seasonal and daily rental fees for the different level groups using our facilities. We currently allow seasonal fees for some organizations, but the system bills them for each date they submit which creates very large invoices that we then have to manually fix.

We would like to be able to use a % of the total invoice on our invoice. We would like this to calculate automatically.

Upload a PDF to the contracts page for groups

While the system puts contracts in the group tab if you use it to send contracts, we require a much more robust PDF contract sent outside the system. It would be great to use this page to upload those executed PDF's.

Add Total Cost Column on the View All Occurrences page

It would be beneficial if the total cost for each event was on this page - that way I can easily see if something is different or missing.

Customize the signature areas of the contract

As an ML Schedules administrator, I would like to customize the signature lines of the contract. For example, we would like to have "Treasurer, Jackson Local School District" instead of "Facility Use Coordinator."
