When an even is approved, emails go out to the requestor with our emails on there as well. This is a huge problem, I do not want everybody to just have our direct email. Is there a way you can BCC district emails?

The system has always worked this way. The current way around this is to have a separate email for facility management like buildingadmin@xyzorg.com
Do you have a generic email you folks can use? From there, that email will be displayed.
