Any time a reservation is edited, we would like it to go back through the approval process and not be automatically saved to approved.

Building approvers only approve in their buildings, however when they do a reservation at another site and it gets approved, if they edit it the status stays approved even if they totally changed times from am to pm. We want to be able to reapprove the edits to make sure they are appropriate for the locations they are requesting.
