Integrate with TrustLayer

My organization is trying to figure out if there would be a way to automate our COI's to or from trustlayer.io. Which would serve as our primary input for COI purposes.  
We are trying to make sure we wouldn't be taking redundant COIs if we signed up with Trustlayer.
