Field for personnel hours scheduled

Our district schedules different personnel for events and they are scheduled for different start and end times for the same event sometimes. A field option that would allow for personnel start and end timed would make this process much easier. Currently, I have to calculate the hours scheduled, then calculate the estimated charges for the contract, and also fix every invoice with personnel to make sure the details of personnel charges make sense.
