Include early morning events on Upcoming Events Email

Occasionally, there will be events starting on the calendar around 6AM or earlier in the morning, and depending on the timing of the upcoming events email being sent out, those aren't included in the email report of events. it would be very beneficial to include all current day events within the upcoming events email, rather than just the ones that start after the time of email sending
