ML Schedules Idea Portal
I would like to be able to see the calendar show a block for each site requested. For example, I have each of my schools color coded, so I can see at a glance of the calendar which schools have an activity scheduled. I currently have an event scheduled for 3 different schools, all at the same time (same event) but I only see one color block. When glancing at the calendar, it appears that the other 2 schools are open and available during that time, unless I do a deep dive and read the descriptions. Over multiple requests a day, when one is used to seeing a color block for each event, the inconvenience adds up.
The attached file shows a color block for Crimson Point Elementary (maroon color), but not for the other 2 schools associated with the request.

Yes, I have consolidate spaces unchecked. I guess my solution is to not
book multiple sites, but create unique reservations for each site.

Hello,
Have you tried using the unconsolidate space setting on the calendar, and if so does that help? This is a very complex change, but we can look into it!
