Status Reason Notes

It would be helpful to have a field to enter applicable notes regarding the status, such as the reason an event is declined or cancelled, and have it include the name of the user who entered it. There should be an option to make the field required when cancelling or declining an events and be optional when approving events. It should also be available to be included in any list view of events.
