Contract completion

We have a contract set up in the system that automatically sends upon approval, but it does not notify me of the contract being signed or send it back to me for me to sign on the facilities end. Is there a way to set up having an e-sign process for it to route from the renter back to the facility coordinator for them to e-sign?
