ALLOW ONLY ONE SITE PER REQUEST FORM OPTION ON SPECTIFIC SITES

OUR AUDITORIUM REQUESTS ARE BEING LOST ON OUR CALENDAR WHEN ITS LABLED UNDER "MULTI SPACES". WE WANT THE AUDITORIUM TO BE ITS OWN FORM/ REQUEST. WE HAVE TO SCHEDULE PERSONAL FOR THE AUDITORIUM. ITS DIFFICALT TO FIND THE AUDITORIUM ON CALENDAR WHEN ITS COLOR IS SET TO RED BUT WHEN MULTI SPACES APROVAL IS USED ITS A DIFFERNT COLOR TEAL. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO LOOK AT EACH "MULTI SPACES" TO FIND OUR AUDITORIUM (RED) REQUESTS. HAVING TO FILTER FOR EVENTS IS A TIME WASTER.

    Hi Brian,

That is currently not possible. But our team will review this and follow up if we have any questions.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Are you saying if someone requests the auditorium, they cannot request any other facility?

    Hello,

The calendar does offer several filtering options, including by location and event type. Because it supports a variety of existing use cases, adjusting the underlying logic can be complex.

If a request includes multiple spaces, filtering by the auditorium should still display all associated events. When you have a moment, could you let me know if you’ve had a chance to try that? If it’s not producing the expected results, we’d be happy to take a closer look. Any additional details you can share would be helpful.
