We have head custodians at each of our buildings. They are additionally notified users for those buildings so they receive approval emails and we can check off when we edit the request or add block dates. However, they are not notified when a note is added in the notes tab, especially from the end user. Not only are they not notified via email but they cannot see the note that was added when they are looking at the note tab of the request. They could only see the external notes added if they printed the request.
After confirming with support, only users with the "edit request" permission can see notes and only users with the "space approver" roll will receive an email when a note is added. This is not an ideal set up and we did not want to give our head custodians these added permissions.
We would like the ability to have additionally notified users see and receive emails for added notes. Or have it be its own permission, separate from "edit requests" and "space approver" so our head custodians can see all the information that is needed.
