We have many staff who need to be notified for tech requests, and most of them need to be notified for 3-4 buildings, but not always the same buildings. All of the notifications are a mess because of the way they overlap building to building. Is it possible to have each individual building listed in the notifications instead of the way they list a bunch of people under several buildings? Because of this, I have people getting notifications for buildings they do not need to know about.

The field notification revamp is now available - I would recommend deleting the entries you have and start from scratch and each building is treated as its own option.
Any update on this request? With school starting up soon, we will have lots of new staff to add who need notifications for multiple buildings.
