Asterisk after event name if there are notes

Currently if there are notes in an event, you have to go looking for them. Clicking through every event to find a notes would be time consuming, since, they're rarely used by requesters, if the event had notes, or a file attached, if there was an * after the event name, we could know to look. Thanks.
