Calendar Headers

Can the header at the top of the calendar be froze to display the date? Since times start at 12 am, when I scroll down to see activities later in the day the date disappears at the top. Either that or can you allow a customization where I can select the time range for my calendar view (i.e. - school hours, 7am-10pm) since I don't allow events outside of those times?
