Add the Cost section to Print Out of Requests

We do not want to use any paper processes for our permitting process. As of right now, we tell the requester to print a copy of their approved reservation and that it will serve as their approved permit. However, the reservation does not include any reference to the cost or the associated invoice. Would like to see either the cost section added to the print out of the request or at least add the associated Invoice Number.
