Link to terms and conditions

Currently, I need to browse and upload a PDF copy of our terms and conditions. Then on the request page, the link to view the terms and conditions opens this uploaded PDF. I have my terms and conditions in Google. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to link directly to my Google doc. This way, when changes are made to our terms and conditions, I do not need to save and upload a new PDF.
