Is it possible to keep the event at one approver when multiple spaces are selected? Example: we have different starting approvers in approval paths for spaces. If one person doesn't approve their space, the rest of the rooms go through the process, but one space is held up. This causes the approvers towards the end of the process to have to either wait, or approve multiple times. Is there a way to keep the entire event at the lowest approver?
Great, thank you for the information. We can look into this!
Yes, that would be great, but it would need to be for Theresa DeLeva, Frank Mazzie, and Lori Cannetti.

Got it. Unfortunately, we can’t delay the approval process to wait on other requests at this time. That said, we’re open to exploring options. Would it make sense to have it route to the final approver’s queue once all events in that schedule reach the same approval stage?
Hi Chris,
No, they are asking if when multiple spaces are selected that the entire event stay with the lowest approver. I'm not sure if it can be done since they have different approvers in the beginning. They do eventually come together in the approval process with Antonina Frunzi.
What is happening is first approvers for certain spaces (PE and Art/Music spaces) aren't approving as fast as others in the approval path for the other spaces (library, etc.) and it's causing the approvers at a higher level to see the same request 2, 3 or 4 times. It's causing some frustration.

Are you saying when multiple spaces are selected to only have one approver?
