Show custom insurance text on Edit Group page from Profile (shows on Register only now) for existing group users

I Would like to see the custom insurance text added to the group information page for existing group users instead of only visible to new groups in their set up screens. I am the approver for my district and I am consistently having to remind group users of our district's insurance guidelines when they are updating insurance.
