There are times when a user is unable to fix an entry in the system. When they call me the Administrator of the system to fix it, I am only able to fix the issue if I am logged in as that person. Being able to impersonate that person from my computer saves me a lot of time if I can fix all errors from my computer.
Chris - are able to have this permitted for our district admins as well?
