View Permissions in ML Schedules

Our District has an internal auditor who will be ensuring groups are in the proper classification for their role as well as vetting new groups before they are approved.

Right now if we give them Manage District Settings or Group Classification Manager they will have the ability to edit the groups and that defeats the purpose of the Auditors position of being able to see but not being able to edit

If View permissions at the User level could be added to the system that would help us out significantly
