Change Group/Requestor feature improvement Merged

Since the ability to use this feature is associated to the Manage District Settings permission, It would be nice if the feature worked on series request and whatever status the request is in.

Limiting it to single events and pending events while needing to have the main Admin permission seems unnecessarily limiting
