Text Adjustment on Text when Updating Status on View All Occurrences

This was found in a situation where we were adjusting declined events, in an attempt to make them approved, which is not a possible action in the system. The text that appears when trying to move a schedule ID from declined to approved says this "You must select at least 1 Request that is not already Approved", which is unclear because we are adjusting "Declined" events. Something clearer, like "You cannot adjust requests directly from "Declined" to "Approved"" or something like that would be much clearer here.
