Allow public calendar to show private data through post variable (and confirmed setting on the admin settings)

I am looking at setting up a kiosk with our building maintenance and custodial calendars. They would obviously need to see ALL events regardless of public/private. I have the URL This gets me about 90% of the way there. I am looking at showing both public and private events on this calendar. By default, it only shows public events. Custodial/Maintenance would need to know all building events. I have dug through some of the documentation you have but cannot seem to find a variable to set during POST to set the "Public and Private events" to "Public and Private events" rather than just public. Or something similar would be great!
