We receive this reminder email of upcoming events for the next week for all sites. We trust that secretaries are careful of double booking and we allow them to override because some spaces are used by multiple groups or sometimes just the start and event breakdown times overlap. BUT if there can be an indicator in this email just in case it has been missed. I will be putting another idea that the facility director should get an alert when double booking occurs- I have to go look for it.

This email, in particular, covers a wide range of personas, including Custodians, for their upcoming events. Do they need to be aware of conflicts?
Or should we create a separate email with a list of conflicts for that week and go to X user (decided by the district) - let me know your thoughts!
