I believe a mobile app would be a great idea for support staff and managements use on the go.

A mobile app would also allow our in-the-field parks maintenance staff to know when a given facility would be available for maintenance as they go about their day. The could plan out their day more efficiently as they could be looking at the current calendar and not a printout that was done days before.

I agree. I'm the only one in my District who finalizes approvals. I have to approve while on vacation as well and this would be a huge help for me.
