It would be useful to be able to edit the welcome e-mail. It would eliminate another communication e-mail being sent out regarding special instructions on scheduling.
I have a similar request on the WorkOrder side too. We use Azure, but the welcome email inserts something about using Google?! Very odd behavior.. so being able to customize this would be great for sure.
