There should be a "Multiple Space and Time" field added to the New Request form to make it a one-step process to enter that info vs. having to manually changes the times needed; thereby, eliminating the chance for errors

Right now, you have to use the "Custom Frequency" option; click the "View Availability" button; then type in the different time needed for a particular date. Adding a "Multiple Space" option when selecting your Site and adding a "Multiple Date" field should eliminate having to do these additional steps.
