Add "Requested/Submitted By" and "Requested on Behalf Of" as selectable columns in Request Grids and Summary/Detail Report pages

These additional columns would be helpful for reporting purposes.

Create Canceled Date field for Summary Report, Detail Report and All Request grid pages

I would like to see the "Canceled Date" in additional areas of the system for reporting purposes.

Schedule View Update

Add "Awaiting Approval" Filter to the schedule view. This will allow anyone to filter on schedules that are pending their approval.
