Editing/Viewing a Request

Allow users that can edit requests to change the days of the week after the request has been submitted

To reduce the number of clicks and the time it takes to make edits to recurring lists of events that can have 100+ occurrences and you want to only edit a specific day of the week. 

External Notes should be allowed to be omitted by requestor. 

I would like the ability to upload a file to a request but make it hidden to everyone, except admins.

When this feature is utilized, I would like for these requests to default to the status pending so they go through the approval process.
