Standardize Options under View menu

Change Requestor v2 - Bulk Update

The change requestor feature is great for single events. However, as an admin doing this for recurring events would save us a lot of time. This should include the group as well.

Allow to delete multiple dates, or all dates in a recurring event.

ML allows to click specific dates (or all dates) when changing a recurring event, but you can't mass delete the recurring event.
