Surrounding Calendar / Space optimizer

I think it would be helpful when viewing an event that is up for approval if there were a tab, or a quick way to view the calendar of the building for that exact day, so that we could quickly see what else is going on in the building and see if there is a better space.


IE, I have a group that always reserves the largest room; however, they don't need it, and I can see by looking, and based on their attendees, they just grabbed whatever space showed up first, which in our case is the largest room. I could quickly submit a change room request to them and free up the larger room. But you could also use this to just quickly see what's going on at the same time.
