Speed bump needed when adding roles to internal user

I was adding my custodians to the system today and thought I had everything added they needed.

After talking with Support I discovered that I did not click the secondary check needed to finish adding the role but the system allowed me to click next so the user was added with no role.

If there was a speed bump or something that would not allow you to click next until you finish the steps to officially add the role that would be a massive improvement to manual user additions
