Create a report that reflects the names of the attachments in the Files tab of requests

Currently we have created a spreadsheet to track attachments that have been uploaded to the Files tab. For example, MOUs, IGAs, contracts, Board approvals, etc. This is labor intensive and time consuming. It would be extremely helpful to capture this information in a report.
