Block Date Space Type Filtering functionality enhancement

While creating our block dates we notice that if you have a Site + Space Type listed in the block date that spaces section will list all spaces within the system with that space type.

This makes using the feature very cumbersome because if the system allows you to filter like that the space section should only display only the spaces within the selected Site + Space type filtering options.
