When someone in an approval path puts in a request they are still needing to go in and approve said request when it gets to their step in the approval process.
The current Bypass approval does not work for us because we only want it to bypass their step and not the entire process. If there was a role permission specifically for that - bypass approval step that would be ideal for us and create less back and forth for our principals in the system
